Very happy. Called and was told a next day service call was best I could get. Donna called back within a half an hour to say they had a cancellation would I be interested in same day. Since it was an AC issue on a 90 degree day I said absolutely. Joe was here within an hour and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Very pleased start to finish.

Joe C did my annual a/c service call. I expressed my frustration with the fact that the a/c ran for, what I feel, an unusually long time to reach the set temp. It has taken up to an hour at times to cool one degree. (This has been an issue for three years.). Joe C gave me some good suggestions to try see if the problem could be remedied. He's the first tech in the past three years to really try to address the issue. I appreciate his efforts and will give his ideas a try.
